Dr. Abisola Afolalu is an internist with over 20 years of experience working within various models of the healthcare delivery system. She founded NorthShore DPC to create a modern, patient‑centered healthcare experience that enhances her patients’ lives. Dr. Afolalu graduated from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine in 1999 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale‑New Haven Medical Center (2003‑2007). She is board‑certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds an active Connecticut medical license. Her clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized patient education, all delivered through the Direct Primary Care model.
