DPC law in Missouri

Missouri law says a medical retainer agreement is not insurance and is not subject to Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes. It covers physicians, dentists and chiropractors. The agreement must be in writing, state that it is not health insurance, and allow either side to end it on written notice. A 2022 change lets employers pay the fees.
