Why it exists

Direct Primary Care replaces insurance billing with a flat monthly membership — usually longer visits, same-day access, and a doctor who actually answers your texts. But DPC practices are small and independent, and they're hard to find. Most don't show up when you search your insurance network, because they aren't in one.

We built this directory so patients, families, and employers can see every DPC practice near them — with pricing — in one place.

What's in the directory

• 2384 DPC practices across all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico
• Monthly membership pricing where the practice publishes it
• Practice model (pure DPC or hybrid), services, telemedicine, and booking options
• Locations, contact details, and links to each practice's own website

Where the data comes from

Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and from practices themselves. We refresh the data regularly and remove practices we confirm have closed. Pricing and services change — always confirm details directly with the practice before enrolling.

We're not a practice and we don't take a cut

DPC Directory doesn't provide medical care, doesn't sell memberships, and doesn't charge patients anything to browse. Practices are listed for free.
