About
Dr. Dino William Ramzi, MD, MPH, is a family medicine physician with more than 35 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from McGill University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and later completed training in family medicine. Throughout his career Dr. Ramzi has been dedicated to improving access to primary care, which led him to pioneer Direct Primary Care (DPC) models. He founded Patient Direct Care in Battle Ground, Washington, and later expanded the concept with Delta Direct Care, offering patients a membership‑based practice that eliminates insurance barriers, provides same‑day access, and emphasizes personalized, relationship‑focused care.
Dr. Ramzi’s DPC philosophy centers on direct communication with patients via phone, text, and video, allowing for rapid response to health concerns and fostering continuity of care. He believes that removing middlemen such as insurers reduces costs and improves health outcomes, enabling patients to receive comprehensive primary care without copays or hidden fees. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ramzi co‑founded Vaccinate Washington and the Delta Healthcare Foundation, supporting vaccination efforts and providing primary‑care services to underserved populations.
