DPC law in New Hampshire

New Hampshire law says primary care under a direct primary care agreement is not insurance and the provider is not under the insurance commissioner. The agreement must state that it is not health insurance and that no claims are filed with the patient's insurer for covered services. Any notice period to end it may not exceed 90 days.
