DPC law in Washington

Washington law says direct practices that follow chapter 48.150 RCW are not insurers. A practice must file an annual statement with the Insurance Commissioner, may not submit claims to carriers for covered services, and may raise its fee at most once a year with 60 days' notice. The agreement must carry a set disclaimer.
