Dr. Yusuf "JP" Saleeby is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia (1991) and completed post‑graduate training at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. After nearly two decades in emergency medicine, occupational medicine (DOD), urgent care and family medicine, he transitioned to integrative and functional medicine. He now leads Carolina Holistic Medicine, offering personalized, preventive care that emphasizes patient empowerment and whole‑person health.

His Direct Primary Care model focuses on building long‑term relationships, providing unlimited access to care, and using advanced laboratory and functional testing to tailor treatments.
