Dr. Thanh Ho Taylor, D.O., founded Foundation Primary Care, P.A. after 16 years of providing quality health care at her successful private conventional clinic. She created the practice to work directly for her patients' benefit, eliminating insurance company bureaucracy and focusing on the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. By cutting out middle‑man administrative burdens, Dr. Taylor can spend more time on direct patient care, offering price transparency and a membership‑based approach that frees patients from deductibles, co‑insurance, and copay fees.
Dr. Taylor lives in Katy, TX, with her husband and youngest son. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a founding member and Secretary of the Direct Care Physicians of Greater Houston. In addition to her clinical work, she volunteers for Christ Clinic and the Vietnamese‑American Medical Association and contributes her knitting and crocheting skills to charitable causes.
