Susan Roskos, MPH, grew up in Charlotte, Michigan and earned a Master of Public Health in Health Education and Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina. She has spent several years providing patient education and support in rural community health centers throughout Southern Appalachia, helping patients understand their health conditions and navigate the healthcare system. At Red Cedar Direct Primary Care PLLC, Susan serves as a Patient Educator and Patient Care Coordinator, leveraging her public health expertise to empower members with the knowledge and resources they need to stay healthy.
Susan is a strong advocate of the Direct Primary Care model, believing that affordable, transparent, and relationship‑focused care leads to better health outcomes. She works closely with the clinical team to ensure that each patient receives personalized education, timely communication, and easy access to care through text, email, video chat, and direct phone contact.
