About
Born and raised in Maine, I am a “true Mainer” and a board‑certified family medicine physician with over twenty years of experience caring for families in Southern Maine. I earned my medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a rotating internship at Mercy Hospital, and finished a family medicine residency through UNECOM and Southern Maine Medical Center. As an osteopathic physician I prioritize treating the whole person with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
I am the founder of 4Health Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice that lets me dedicate the time needed to address each patient’s unique needs. Direct Primary Care allows patients to reach me by phone, text, or email and enjoy extended appointments, transparent pricing, and comprehensive services—all aimed at building a collaborative partnership and improving health outcomes.
