Dr. Steven Bondow is driven to help patients reduce medical costs, simplify healthcare, and give patients his undivided attention and expertise in optimizing their health and well‑being. He believes that the Direct Primary Care model allows him to focus on personalized, relationship‑based care without the constraints of insurance, providing same‑day access and a partnership approach to health.
He attended the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. After becoming a board‑certified family physician, he spent many years practicing in Appleton, WI, served as a team physician for local sports teams, and taught at a family‑medicine residency where he earned a Teacher of the Year award. He now practices family medicine at Firefly DPC in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, alongside his husband, Dr. Benjamin Bondow.
