Dr. Stephanie Phillips, DO, is the Founder and Owner of Front Porch Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice. She was born and raised in Bluefield, West Virginia, earned a B.S. in Biology (Magna Cum Laude, 2006) from Emmanuel College, and received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 from the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech. Dr. Phillips completed a family medicine residency with a global health track at Anmed Health in Anderson, South Carolina, graduating with honors and becoming board‑certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She served the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2013‑2023, directed community‑based outpatient clinics in West Virginia and Georgia, and now leads a DPC practice focused on preventive care, personalized treatment plans, and affordable access to innovative therapies such as GLP‑1 medications. Her philosophy emphasizes building long‑term relationships, integrating nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and making cutting‑edge treatments accessible to all patients.
