Internal Medicine
About
Dr. Siobahn Hruby was born in California and grew up in New Mexico. She graduated summa cum laude from the College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska in 2003 with a triple major in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, then earned her MD from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2007. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University in 2010 and served as Chief Resident of the Veterans Affairs primary‑care clinics, where she oversaw schedules and education for students and residents. After additional experience as an outpatient internist at Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha and at a family medicine clinic in Michigan, she moved to Little Rock in 2015 and became a founding physician of Pinnacle Internal Medicine.
At Pinnacle, Dr. Hruby embraces a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that emphasizes unlimited direct access—by phone, email, or text—and a focus on preventive health, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease management. She believes in building long‑lasting, trust‑filled relationships with patients, offering cost‑transparent care, and helping patients avoid unnecessary urgent‑care or emergency‑room visits. Her professional interests include health and wellness through diet and exercise, cancer prevention, and chronic disease management. When not caring for patients, she enjoys reading, running neighborhood trails, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Paul Hruby, and their two daughters.
