Dr. Sing-Wei Ho, MD, MPH, is a board‑certified family physician who embraces a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to provide personalized, relationship‑focused care. After earning her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2010, she completed a Family Medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colorado (2010‑2013). Dr. Ho moved to Central Oregon a decade ago and now leads Tumalo Family Medicine, a DPC practice in Bend, where she emphasizes lifestyle medicine, preventive health, and spending ample time with each patient.
