Dr. Richard Lewis is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Mequon Wellness Center, a Direct Primary Care clinic dedicated to building long‑term, trusting relationships between patients and their physician. He created the practice to provide accessible, concierge‑style primary care that is available 24/7, allowing patients to receive timely care without the financial barriers of traditional insurance. Dr. Lewis emphasizes informed consent, patient education, and a personalized approach that empowers individuals to make strong health decisions.

He graduated from his residency in 1997 and immediately took a position with a physician‑owned clinic to develop a Family Practice Department at a new satellite in Hartford, Wisconsin. Over the years he has earned board certifications in both Family Medicine and Urgent Care, and he continues to focus on delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care. Dr. Lewis believes that the best care comes from a doctor who truly knows each patient’s unique needs and works collaboratively to address them.
