Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
About
Dr. McCormack was born in Texas but moved to Arkansas in 1999 and claims it as home. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of the Ozarks with a plan to pursue a degree in medicine, however he paused this pursuit and spent four years in Northwest Arkansas after marrying and focusing on family. He completed his MD at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015, graduating top of his class (Roberts Key Award) and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha in 2014. He then completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UAMS and Arkansas Children’s Hospital, serving as Chief Resident of Pediatrics. After four years in private practice and a faculty role at UAMS, he joined Perspective Health in June 2024 to practice Direct Primary Care, emphasizing holistic, patient‑centered care and same‑day access.
At Perspective Health, Dr. McCormack leverages his double board certification to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from preventive wellness to chronic disease management. He is committed to building long‑term relationships, offering extended visits, direct communication via phone, text, and email, and integrating community health initiatives such as his work with the Our House Shelter pediatric program.
