Precious Barnes

Dr. Precious Barnes is a board-certified physician specializing in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. With over a decade of experience, she currently serves as a Hospitalist at Skagit Regional Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA, where her responsibilities include inpatient care, ICU procedures, and teaching residents. Dr. Barnes has an extensive academic background, including a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she also earned two master’s degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Neuromuscular Skeletal Science. She completed her Family Medicine residency at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, serving as Chief Resident, followed by a Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine residency at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Eastern Finland.
