In 2000 Jonathan R. Polgar began his journey toward healing by training as an Emergency Medical Technician and later becoming a Certified Physician Assistant (PA‑C). He combines allopathic medicine with integrative modalities such as Reiki, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, believing that patients have an innate capacity to self‑heal. At Mountain Medical Arts he provides primary care within a Direct Primary Care model, offering ample time, personalized care plans, and a focus on whole‑person wellness.
His mission is to empower patients through counseling, hands‑on healing, and evidence‑based medical interventions. Drawing on experience in emergency departments, community health centers, and international volunteer work, he strives to remove barriers to health and guide each individual toward their best possible well‑being.
