Paula Fortin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Hi, I am so thrilled to be working with the Secoya team! I have been a family nurse practitioner for almost 12 years and have been a nurse for over 25 years. Most of my nursing career has been in Alaska and now back in Minnesota for the last 10 years. I obtained my Masters of Nursing at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. I am married to Mike, and have an 8‑year‑old son, Hunter. We love adventures, reading, gardening, LEGOs, and serving at our church.
At Secoya Health, I am dedicated to the Direct Primary Care model that removes insurance middlemen, allowing me to spend ample time with each patient, focus on whole‑person wellness, and partner with you to achieve your health goals.
