About

Dr. Patrick Martin, an Albuquerque native, earned his MD from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2000 and completed a residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital. Over more than a decade of inpatient and outpatient experience, he has practiced in New Mexico, Arizona, Missouri, Colorado, and Australia, developing a broad perspective on patient care and health systems. He co‑owns Satori Healing in Los Alamos, NM, where he integrates traditional family medicine with innovative wellness services such as IV infusions and ketamine therapy.

At Satori Healing, Dr. Martin has embraced a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to provide patients with affordable, relationship‑focused care. The DPC approach eliminates insurance billing barriers, allowing for longer, same‑day appointments and a higher frequency of visits. He emphasizes preventive health, personalized treatment plans, and a collaborative partnership with patients to support both physical and mental well‑being.
