Patrick Fillnow

Dr. Patrick Fillnow is a board‑certified internal medicine physician, passionate about all aspects of patient care. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2008 and completed his residency at The Medical University of South Carolina in 2011. Over the past ten years, he practiced at the Charlotte Medical Clinic of Atrium Health and Novant Health Internal Medicine – Providence. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional healthcare, big‑business focus, billing constraints, and brief office visits, Dr. Fillnow founded Sojourn Direct Primary Care to provide high‑quality, accessible care that prioritizes the doctor‑patient relationship and allows ample time for each patient.
