Nicholas Jones

Nicholas Jones, MD, is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician who founded Clear Health Direct Primary Care (DPC) on November 6, 2023. He trained in San Antonio and Corpus Christi, where he cared for uninsured and underinsured patients. Dr. Jones grew up in McAllen, Texas, and brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to teaching and preventive care to his practice. He left traditional insurance‑based primary care after seeing how limited doctors’ control over patient care had become, and he created Clear Health DPC to give patients more time, education, and personalized attention.

At Clear Health DPC, Dr. Jones emphasizes a patient‑centered philosophy: teaching patients about their health, supporting lifestyle and preventive medicine, and providing accessible, affordable care without the constraints of insurance metrics. He believes in “teach before we treat, treat patients not problems,” and works with his team to ensure each patient feels confident and informed about their health decisions.
