Dr. Nazia Sheriff is originally from Chicago and moved to California with her husband and two children. She earned a BA in Psychology and her MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago, then completed her pediatrics training at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where she also served as a pediatric hospitalist and medical director. Dr. Sheriff’s clinical background includes newborn and sick‑child hospital medicine, as well as extensive work in health education for refugee children.
