About

Dr. Natalie Gentile (she/her) is board‑certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She is a proud Pittsburgh native from Mt. Lebanon and is grateful to serve the community through the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. As an attending physician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, she saw that the traditional primary‑care system lacked continuity, access, and time with patients. When she returned to Pittsburgh, she founded Gentile Family Direct Primary Care and co‑founded Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh. Her DPC philosophy emphasizes breaking down barriers to care, providing high‑quality, affordable primary care, and fostering long‑term patient relationships. She also integrates lifestyle‑medicine services through Rebel Wellness, offering yoga, fitness, cooking classes, and educational workshops. Dr. Gentile balances her practice with family life, yoga instruction, and community leadership, including leading the Highland Park chapter of Walk With a Doc and serving on advisory boards for local health programs.
