Dr. Myra Hall has been practicing Family Medicine since 1990. She received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston‑Salem, North Carolina, and earned her medical degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at East Carolina University. Dr. Hall provides comprehensive medical care for families and individuals, emphasizing the treatment of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and the importance of lifestyle changes.

In 2004 she opened The Hope Family Center as a private family practice in Aberdeen, NC. In 2014 she transitioned the practice to a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model and renamed it Access to the Hope Family Center, allowing patients greater access to their physician and more affordable, insurance‑free care. Today, Dr. Hall’s DPC practice focuses on building lasting doctor‑patient relationships, offering longer visits, and eliminating the red tape of traditional insurance.
