Dr. McClane Duncan is a naturopathic physician and the founder of Siskiyou Vital Medicine, the first Naturopathic Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in the United States. His medical philosophy is rooted in Vitalism – a system that emphasizes the body’s innate ability to heal. He combines time‑tested natural therapies with the latest medical technology to create sustainable health plans that empower patients to take control of their own health. Dr. Duncan earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston‑Downtown. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in PRP, Prolotherapy, Neurotherapy, and Ozone Therapy through the Klinghardt Academy and Anthroposophical Medical Training. At Siskiyou Vital Medicine he teaches Regenerative Injection Therapy to other healthcare providers and integrates these advanced techniques into his patient care. His approach blends natural, whole‑body care with cutting‑edge regenerative therapies to address chronic illness and support overall wellness.
