Dr. Matthew Haden, MD, MPH, MBA, is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician who founded Modern Mobile Medicine and now operates PURE Primary Care, an employer‑sponsored Direct Primary Care (DPC) network. His clinical philosophy is guided by the Hippocratic Oath: he strives to "first, do no harm," respects the body’s natural physiology, and restores health using the best science available while protecting patient privacy. Dr. Haden earned his medical degree through a joint MD/MPH program at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine after completing a Bachelor of Science at Nebraska Wesleyan University. He completed 18 months of residency training at Georgetown‑Providence Hospital in Washington, DC, before transferring to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona to finish his Family Medicine specialty training. In addition to his clinical work, he holds an MBA and has extensive experience in urgent care, preventive medicine, obesity medicine, and lifestyle medicine.
