About
Dr. Marisa Quattrone is a board‑certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, she earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University before working as an engineer. She then received her MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed a pediatric residency at the highly ranked Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she was honored with the Primary Care Award.
At Zest Pediatrics of South Hills, Dr. Quattrone embraces the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model by emphasizing a personal, relationship‑focused approach. Families can text or call her directly, and she strives to spend ample time with each patient, often going beyond the typical visit to address concerns such as stitches, ear infections, or splinters. Zest’s team‑based DPC practice allows her to bring comprehensive services—including vaccination clinics, school health programs, and community education—to families in convenient settings.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Quattrone serves as a medical director for local schools, provides vaccination clinics at schools and daycares, and frequently speaks at community events, reflecting her commitment to improving child health both within and beyond her practice.
