Mariann Zaki

Dr. Mariann Zaki, DO, is a Family Medicine physician who founded Grace Direct Primary Care to bring the principles of Direct Primary Care to the Sarasota community. She believes every patient deserves a fierce advocate and unrestricted access to their doctor, which she provides through phone, text, email, video chat, and home visits. Her DPC philosophy emphasizes preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and mental health, aiming to keep patients healthy and out of emergency rooms.

Dr. Zaki earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed three years of intensive training at Manatee Memorial Hospital, where she gained experience in emergency medicine, chronic disease management, and patient advocacy. She is board‑certified in Family Medicine and is a proud member of the Direct Primary Care Alliance. Her clinical background combines a strong foundation in osteopathic principles with a passion for holistic, patient‑centered care.
