MARIA RIEMANN

Dr. Maria Riemann is the founder and sole provider at Salida Clinic. She grew up in Salida, Colorado and graduated from Salida High School in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in 2012 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice with an emphasis on Family Nurse Practitioner at the same university in May 2020. Dr. Riemann is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Colorado and is board‑certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credential Center. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner she worked on the Cardiac Unit at St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction, CO, and later as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida. At Salida Clinic she embraces the Direct Primary Care model, offering personalized, year‑round care, longer visits, and direct communication to support the health of individuals and families throughout the community.
