Louisa Crosby, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, is a board‑certified Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Since 2013 she has worked across a spectrum of healthcare settings—including intensive care, urgent care, hospital medicine, women’s health, geriatrics, palliative care, and veteran care—building a broad clinical foundation.

In 2022 she founded Gannett Health, a Direct Primary Care practice in Sheridan, Wyoming, to “slow down the pace” and provide patients with longer, more personalized visits. Her DPC philosophy emphasizes advocacy‑centered, integrative, evidence‑based care, focusing on hormone imbalance, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, preventive health for younger adults, and home‑based palliative care. She collaborates with other medical specialties to deliver whole‑person health while keeping care affordable and accessible.
