Lisa Fagan, BSN, MSN, MBA serves as the CEO of Smith Medical Direct Specialty Care Surgery Center of Denver. With a nursing background and extensive management experience, she began her career in the operating room and spent over a decade leading teams across the organization. She later transitioned to executive leadership, applying her clinical insight to strategic operations.
In 2018 she opened a 15,000‑square‑foot facility featuring five operating rooms and a convalescent and recovery center. Under her direction, the center emphasizes transparent, direct‑pay specialty surgery, aligning with Direct Primary Care principles of affordability, simplicity, and patient‑centered care.
