Lillian West
Internal Medicine
About
Dr. Lillian West is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience. Her interest in medicine began early, inspired by her grandfather’s hospitalization, and she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville before attending Ross University School of Medicine, where she graduated with High Honors. Dr. West completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Driven by a desire to provide more personalized, un‑rushed care, Dr. West founded Bear Fruit Direct Primary Care. She embraces the DPC model to give patients longer visits, same‑day or next‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, text, and video. By eliminating insurance‑driven constraints, she can focus on comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, and building lasting patient relationships.
