About
Dr. Leigh LoPresti graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1983 and completed his Family Medicine residency at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont in 1986, maintaining continuous board certification in Family Medicine since that year. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he has worked in HMOs, private practice, academic settings, and served as a faculty member at several medical schools, bringing a wealth of clinical and teaching experience to his patients.
In 2024 Dr. LoPresti launched Manchester Direct Family Practice, embracing the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to provide personalized, accessible care. He limits his panel to roughly 700 patients so that every visit, phone call, text, or video appointment is handled directly by him, allowing for deeper relationships and comprehensive family care.
