Born in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Nalda earned a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2004. She completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Louis University, where she served as Chief Resident. Her clinical interests include women’s health, mental health, and preventive care, and she is known for being an encouraging cheerleader and problem‑solver for her patients.
