Dr. Kat Fausch is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing high‑quality primary care for every member of your family, from newborns to elders. She is passionate about delivering healthcare, not just sick‑care, and believes every patient should have ample time to share their story, uncover the root cause of their ailments, and learn about their bodies. Dr. Fausch emphasizes a Direct Primary Care model that offers longer visits, direct access, and a focus on prevention, lifestyle, and integrative medicine. She has a special interest in weight‑loss consultation, nutrition, gender‑affirming care, and overall wellness.

Dr. Fausch earned her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of South Dakota and completed a rural Family Medicine residency at Oregon Health and Science University. Her training includes point‑of‑care ultrasound, sports medicine, obstetrics, emergency and critical care, and wilderness medicine. Together with her husband, Dr. Eric Fausch, she founded Fireside Direct Primary Care to provide personalized, patient‑centered care without the constraints of insurance‑driven practice.
