Karl Lambert

Karl Lambert, ARNP, has been providing primary care for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of Kentucky and spending several years in a large family practice organization, he recognized the need for a more patient‑centered model and founded RediMedi Integrative Clinic in 2014. The clinic operates as a Direct Primary Care practice, allowing him to spend 45‑60 minutes with each patient, bypass insurance constraints, and focus on preventive and integrative health strategies.

Lambert’s approach emphasizes compassionate, personalized care that integrates hormone optimization, lifestyle counseling, and evidence‑based preventive medicine. He is a long‑time member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (since 1997) and believes that direct, affordable primary care builds stronger patient relationships and better health outcomes.
