About
Dr. Karl Hanson is a graduate of LSU Medical School and LSU Family Medicine Residency where he was Chief Resident. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and has been practicing since 1987 in Jefferson Parish. Karl is also a graduate of University of New Orleans & Destrehan High School. He is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. After a 3‑year stint at Browne‑McHardy Clinic he has been in solo practice since 1990. Dr. Karl’s most important attribute is that he is part of Southern Tradition Barbershop Quartet and does woodworking as a hobby.
