Dr. Josh Leavitt, DO is a board‑certified family physician who believes in the Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personal relationships, transparent pricing, and patient‑centered care. He earned his undergraduate biology degree at the University of Utah and his osteopathic medical degree at Touro Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency in Family Medicine at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, he chose to settle in the Treasure Valley, where he now serves families with comprehensive primary care, minor surgery, and hospice services. Dr. Leavitt is passionate about getting to know each patient, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing same‑day access through phone, text, and video visits. In 2023 he expanded his DPC practice by acquiring sparkMD, continuing his commitment to high‑quality, cash‑based care for the community.
