Dr. John W. Rothwell III, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC began his healthcare career in 1989 as a flight medic in the Army, later serving in the Florida and New Hampshire National Guard until 2000. He earned his registered nursing degree in 1998 from Florida State College and completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice, preparing him to provide comprehensive primary care.
At Island Direct Primary Care, Dr. John embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing a holistic approach that balances physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness.
