Jenny LaBonte

Dr. Jenny LaBonte is a board‑certified family physician who grew up in Massachusetts and now serves the same community through Inspire Family Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Massachusetts‑Amherst and completed her MD and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where she also served as chief resident. Over the past two decades she has practiced at St. Vincent Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Center and holds an associate professorship in Medicine.

In 2021 Dr. LaBonte founded Inspire Family Medicine as a Direct Primary Care practice to return to the “old‑fashioned” roots of primary care. By stepping away from insurance‑driven constraints, she can spend more time listening to patients, providing thoughtful feedback, and offering unlimited, un‑hurried appointments. Her philosophy centers on building trusting, long‑term relationships, emphasizing lifestyle medicine, women’s health, and menopause care while leveraging modern communication tools such as texting and video chat to stay connected with patients.
