About
Dr. Jennifer Patterson, DO, MMH, CHt, IFMCP, is originally from Waxhaw, NC, and has called Philadelphia home for the past 15 years. Her lifelong interest in mind‑body medicine was sparked when she saw Bill Moyers' special “Healing and the Mind” in her early teens. Dr. Patterson earned a B.A. in Psychology from Vassar College (2001) and a master’s in Medical Humanities from Drew University (2004). She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015, completed a Family Medicine residency at Lower Bucks Hospital in 2018, and finished a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the same college in 2021. Dr. Patterson integrates Functional Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, and Cognitive Hypnosis Therapy to remove barriers to healing, emphasizing a whole‑person, holistic approach that supports patients’ cognitive, physical, and emotional health throughout all life stages.
