Founded in June 2024, You First Health & Wellness was created by Jennifer Parker to bring compassion and connection back to healthcare. After seeing too many patients feel rushed and unheard in traditional settings, she opened a modern, holistic clinic where wellness truly comes first. The practice focuses on personalized, root‑cause care through Direct Primary Care, hormone therapy, weight management, IV hydration, peptide therapy, and more, partnering with patients to restore balance, build confidence, and prioritize health.
