Jennifer Allen

Dr. Jennifer Allen is a board‑certified family medicine physician and the founder of New Freedom Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice serving the Hermann, Washington, and O'Fallon communities in Missouri. She graduated from Oceania University of Medicine in 2012 and completed her family medicine residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis in 2015. Before becoming a physician she spent 15 years as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner, which she says gave her a deep appreciation for patient‑centered care.

Motivated by her own family’s needs, Dr. Allen transitioned from traditional fee‑for‑service medicine to a DPC model so she could spend more time with each patient, eliminate insurance‑driven constraints, and provide transparent, up‑front pricing. She emphasizes a collaborative team approach, personalized wellness plans, and same‑day access, believing that the best health outcomes arise when patients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Today Dr. Allen leads a multi‑location practice with a small staff, offering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and limited aesthetic procedures, all delivered with the continuity and flexibility that Direct Primary Care enables.
