Dr. Jenna Silakoski, DO, ABFM, attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2012. She immediately entered the United States Army as a medical officer, completing her Family Medicine residency at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, TX, and becoming board certified in Family Medicine in 2015. Over the years she has served in multiple leadership roles, including Medical Director of an outpatient clinic and Officer in Charge of the Family Medicine Residency Clinic at Fort Hood, caring for soldiers and their families from "cradle to grave."
Dr. Silakoski joined North Idaho Direct Primary Care in January 2023, embracing the Direct Primary Care model as a way to restore the physician‑patient relationship. She believes in providing cost‑effective, compassionate primary health care that is timely, convenient, and comprehensive, eliminating the barriers of insurance and allowing longer appointments and direct communication with patients. Her clinical interests include women’s health, pediatric care, osteopathic manipulation, and acupuncture, all aimed at delivering holistic, patient‑centered care.
