About
Dr. Jason Wesley, M.D. has been board‑certified in Family Medicine since 2001. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine and completed both his internship and residency at Good Samaritan Family Practice Residency in Phoenix, AZ. After residency he served as Medical Director of the Grand Canyon Clinic on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, an experience that sparked his love for the Northern Arizona mountains and canyons.
Since moving his family to the Verde Valley in 2007, Dr. Wesley worked in the emergency department at Sedona Medical Center and the Verde Valley Medical Center through 2013. Seeking a more balanced lifestyle, he transitioned to primary care with Northern Arizona Healthcare in Cottonwood and Sedona. In 2015 he helped create the Verde Valley Medical Home, a Direct Primary Care practice, and now operates Helios Health AZ, where he emphasizes a DPC model that provides patients direct access via text, email, phone, and telehealth, along with comprehensive wellness exams and preventive care.
