Jason Tye

Jason Tye, DNP, FNP-C, enjoys working with Zenith Family Health. He has special interests in preventative medicine, pediatrics, hypertension, cardiac health, and helping patients adopt a healthy, active lifestyle. Jason is fluent in Spanish and emphasizes the Direct Primary Care model’s focus on longer visits, direct communication, and personalized, whole‑person care. He grew up in Taylorsville, UT, and began his health‑care career as a certified nursing assistant at Primary Children’s Hospital. After earning a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah, he returned to complete a B.S. in Nursing, followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at the same institution. He is board‑certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and brings a blend of pediatric and adult primary‑care expertise to the Riverton Family Health Center.
