Jason caswell

Dr. Jason Caswell earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2009. After completing an internal medicine internship while serving in the U.S. Air Force, he continued his military career as an active‑duty Flight Surgeon before returning to civilian training. He finished his family medicine residency at the University of Wyoming in 2019, gaining experience caring for patients of all ages in a rural setting.

In 2021 Dr. Caswell founded Cowboy Concierge Medicine in Cheyenne, Wyoming, embracing the Direct Primary Care model to provide transparent, patient‑centered care. He emphasizes empowering patients to make informed health decisions, offering same‑day appointments, house calls, telehealth, and a wide range of preventive and acute services. His philosophy is to keep care personal, affordable, and focused on keeping patients healthy and out of the hospital.
