Dr. Jade E. Norris, MD aka “Dr. Jade,” is a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and Las Vegas native. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with additional certification in Obesity Medicine. She focuses on wellness and prevention using the principles of Lifestyle Medicine and her personalized wellness plan “The NSPIRED Health Method” to help patients prevent and reverse chronic diseases. Dr. Jade emphasizes relationship‑based, direct primary care, offering same‑day access, texting, video visits, and a membership model that removes insurance barriers.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, received her MD from Southern Illinois University, and completed a Family Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Jade hosts “The She NSPIRES Podcast,” runs the non‑profit @NSPIRELV that sponsors community wellness events, and authors children’s empowerment books such as “You Can Call Me Queen” and “You Can Call Me King.” Her mission is to promote health for the whole family, and her mantra is “Health, it’s a LIFESTYLE!”
