About
Holly Cobb, APRN-C, is a co‑founder of Oasis Family Medicine AE, a Direct Primary Care practice in Topeka, Kansas. She believes that patients deserve care without the interference of insurance paperwork, and Oasis’s membership model reflects that philosophy by offering unlimited access, same‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, text, and email. Cobb emphasizes a patient‑centered approach, taking the time to listen, perform office procedures, and coordinate care across the lifespan.
Cobb earned a degree in Healthcare Administration from Wichita State University before pursuing nursing at Washburn University, where she became a registered nurse in 2004. She later completed a Master’s as an Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 at Washburn. Her clinical experience includes eight years in labor and delivery at St. Francis Medical Center, followed by roles in immediate and primary care, as well as serving as an adjunct clinical instructor for Washburn’s School of Nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds a Kansas nursing license in good standing. Her interests include women’s health, office procedures, and promoting health across the life span.
